Being a guild leader in a game as big as WoW is hard work and it’s high time that someone put together a resource to help guide new leaders and to give some insight and new ideas for leaders who have been at it a while.

This book is full of ideas on things like planning raids, dealing with problem players, and how to handle loot. It can help guild leaders walk through some of the toughest aspects of managing a team. It’s well written, simply organized and easy to use.
