Welcome to CWAHD.com! Please have a look around and don’t forget to register on our blog and message board. We have totally redisigned CWAHD.com from the ground up. We have some new features that should really help us all in our quest for the perfect work at home job. Some of those include the blog, RSS, and comments for our articles. We also have all of the same features that the old CWAHD.com had like the Newsletter, Classified Ads, and the State Directory. First, let me tell you a little bit about myself.
My name is Allen Hart and I am the co-owner and operator of CWAHD.com. My wife and I started CWAHD.com in July of 2005. My wife Jill also runs a webiste for Christian work at home moms called CWAHM.com which she started in 2000. We have had a great time working on our webistes and I hope to be doing CWAHD.com and CWAHM.com full time in the near future.
I should also take a minute to explain how I came to be a Christian. I guess to explain how I came you know Christ as my personal Savior you have to go back to 1999. I was living on Offutt AFB here in Nebraska. I had joined the Air Force at the end of my senior year of high school. I guess I was like any young airman all of my needs where taken care of food, money, shelter, etc… but I was bored. I started drinking and going to parties basically filling my free time with junk. Well a friend of mine invited me to a bible study and I didn’t have anything better to do so I went. It was at this bible study that I realized that my life was totally empty without a personal relationship with Jesus. The leader of the study prayed with me and I became a Christian. That was really the first time in my life that I understand what the word really meant to me.
Now that I have that out of the way let’s talk about CWAHD.com. I am sure that some of you have never been on a "blog" before and don’t even know what it is so I am going to attempt to explain it so that you can start enjoying this site and others. Wikipedia defines a blog like this "a blog, is a type of website where entries are made (such as in a journal or diary), displayed in a reverse chronological order." Here at CWAHD.com we are going to use our blog to give you daily updates into the Christian work at home scene.
The best way to get started with CWAHD.com is to start reading we have a ton of articles and business ideas. As you can see we have a ton of catagories on the right side of the page that help you find what you are looking for quickly and easily. I would also take a moment and get our RSS feed.
